Ingredients for Green Apple Chutney:
2 medium sized Green Apples
8-10 Mint leaves (Pudina ki patti)
1 t-spoon ginger, finely chopped (Adrak)
10-15 pieces raisins (kishmish)
1/4 t-spoon cumin (Jeera)
1/4 t-spoon pepper (kali mirch)
2 table-spoon sugar or to taste
1/4 t-spoon salt or to taste
How to make Green Apple Chutney:
- Peel the Green Apple, remove the seeds and chop it coarsely.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend them to form a smooth paste.
- Serve immediately or put Green Apple Chutney in a glass jar, seal it properly and refrigerate it so that Green Apple Chutney should not get spoil.
