Ground Cardamom
Both forms of cardamom (Green & Black) are used as flavorings in both food and drinks. I like to take it in powdered form boiled in tea. It gives quite rich and sweet flavour after boiling for 5 minutes.
Ingredients for Cardamom Powder:
100 gms. Green Cardamoms (Choti Ilaichi)
How to make Cardamom Powder:
- Peel the cover of Cardamoms and take out its seeds. Keep them under sunlight for 2 hours.
- Grind them to a fine powder. Cardamom powder is ready to use.
- Keep Cardamom powder in a dry airtight container.
