Ingredients for Paratha Dough :
2 cups whole wheat flour (Aata)
1 t-spoon cooking oil
Salt to taste
water to knead
How to make Paratha Dough :
- Combine Flour, Cooking oil and salt in a large bowl and knead by adding little amount of water at a time.
- Knead it to a medium soft dough for Paratha.
- Use it after an hour.
