How to make Yogurt

Yogurt is also known as curd or Dahi in India.

Ingredients for Yogurt :

1/2 litre evaporated Milk
1/2 table-spoon Yogurt (curd or dahi)


How to make Yogurt :

  • Boil milk in medium pan for 2 mins. over high flame.
  • Take a clean bowl, add Yogurt and milk to it and mix it properly.
  • Place the bowl in a warm place for 8-10 hours.
  • Yogurt will get ready in that time, use it or keep it in a refrigerator.

Note- At the time of winter use casserole to keep the Yogurt.
