Coriander Chutney is also known as dhaniya chutney, green coriander, cilantro chutney or dhania chutney recipe. The major component of Coriander Chutney are Coriander leaves.
Ingredients for Coriander / Cilantro Chutney:
1 1/2 cups coriander leaves (dhaniya patti / Cilantro)
1 green chili chopped
2 table-spoon lemon juice (Nimbu)
1/4 t-spoon salt
1/4 t-spoon cumin powder (Jeera)
1/4 t-spoon black pepper Powder (Kali mirch)
How to make Coriander / Cilantro Chutney:
- Take a mixer and add all the ingredients to it. Grind them to form a smooth paste. Add 2-3 table-spoon of water if needed.
- Coriander chutney is ready to eat. Serve Coriander / Cilantro Chutney in a glass bowl.
