Gooseberry chutney or amla chutney is one of the healthy chutney recipe due to the presence of amla in it. Goooseberry give a tangy flavour in Chutney.
Ingredients for Amla or Gooseberry Chutney:
100 gms Amla (Gooseberry)
100 gms. Green Corainder/Cilantro (Hara Dhaniya)
1 table-spoon ginger, grated (adrak)
50 gms Green Chillies, chopped
1/2 t-spoon Salt or to taste
How to make Amla or Gooseberry Chutney:
- Wash coriander leaves and remove its stem. Grate Amla (Gooseberry) and remove its seeds.
- Take a grinder and add all the ingredients, grind them to form a smooth paste.
- Amla (Gooseberry) Chutney is ready to eat.
- Store Amla (Gooseberry) Chutney in a glass bowl in a cool place.
