Roti Dough Recipe

Ingredients for Roti Dough :   

2 cups Wheat Flour (Aata)
Salt to taste (Optional)
water for kneading

 

How to make Roti Dough :

  • In a large bowl mix Wheat flour and salt.
  • Knead the mixture by adding a little water.
  • Keep adding water in little quantity and knead Wheat flour to make the desired consistency dough.
  • You can add less water to make a stiff dough & more water for soft dough.
  • Divide the large dough into small balls which can be used for making Roti.
