Ingredients for Pineapple Raita:
1 cup yogurt (dahi)
1/2 cup Pineapple, slicly chopped
1/4 t-spoon black salt or to taste (kala namak) (optional, if want a sweet raita the don't add salt)
1/4 t-spoon black pepper, grounded (Kali mirch)
4 t-spoon sugar
1/2 cup water
How to make Pineapple Raita:
- Take a medium sized bowl and add yogurt to it. Mash it with a blender or madani until it gets smooth. Add water and remaining ingredients except Pineapple and again mix them well.
- Now, add Pineapple to it and mix it again. Refrigerate Pineapple Raita for 1/2 hour
- Serve Pineapple Raita chilled.
