Dry whole Tamarind (Imli)
How to make Tamarind Powder:
- Keep dry Tamarind under sunlight for 2-3 days or till in gets really crisp.
- Remove its seeds and discard. Take out its pulp.
- Grind Tamarind pulp to a fine powder. Tamarind powder is ready to use.
Note - Keep Tamarind powder in a dry airtight jar.
