Mustard Seed Powder is sometimes called Dry yellow mustard powder due to its yellow colour. In many dishes whole mustard seed is used and sometimes ground mustard is used.

How to make Mustard Powder:
- Keep dry Mustard under sunlight for 2-3 hours or till in gets really crisp and becomes moisture free.
- Grind them to a fine powder. Mustard powder is ready to use.
- Keep Mustard powder in a dry airtight jar.
