Green Chili Powder is used very rarely in home cooking. It gives a really different flavour as compared to its red counterpart. The powder is advised to consume as soon as possible i.e. it should not be kept for long.

How to make Green Chili Powder:
- Keep Green Chili in sunlight for 2-3 days or till it gets really crisp.
- Grind it to a fine powder. Sieve and grind again the more coarse part of powder.
- Green Chili Powder is ready to use. Keep it in a dry airtight jar.
