How to make Garlic Powder:
- Place garlic cloves in an oven at 150 degree and heat until dry or alternately you can keep it under sunlight for 3-4 days or till moisture evaporates completely.
- Allow garlic to cool to room temperature.
- Then, Grind it to a fine powder. Garlic powder is ready to use.
Note - Keep Garlic powder in a dry airtight container.
