Ingredients for Pav Bhaji Masala Powder:
4 table-spoon coriander seeds (Dhaniya)
1/2 table-spoon Whole black pepper (Khadi Kali Mirch)
2 table-spoon cumin seeds (Jeera)
1/2 table-spoon red chilli powder (lal mirch)
1 black cardamoms (Moti Ilaichi)
1/4 table-spoon cloves (Laung)
1 cinnamon stick (Dalchini)
1 table-spoon turmeric powder (haldi)
2 table-spoon dry Mango powder (Amchur)
1/2 table-spoon dry ginger powder (saunth)
How to make Pav Bhaji Masala Powder:
- Take a small pan and put coriander seeds, black pepper, cumin seeds, and cloves. Now roast them on low heat for 3-4 mins, stirring continuously. Now turn off the heat and cool it.
- Combine all the ingredients and dry grind them to a fine powder. Best Pav Bhaji Masala Powder is ready to use.
