Ingredients for Curry Powder:
4 table-spoon coriander seeds (Dhania)
1 table-spoon mustard seeds (rai)
2 table-spoon cumin seeds (Jeera)
4-5 table-spoon cloves (Laung)
2 table-spoon fenugreek seeds (methi)
1 table-spoon Whole black pepper (Khadi Kali Mirch)
2 table-spoon red chilli powder (lal mirch)
1 table-spoon cinnamon (dal chini)
2 table-spoon dry ginger powder (saunth)
2 table-spoon curry leaves (Kadhi patta)
How to make Curry Powder:
- Mix all the above ingredients and heat on low flame for 2-3 mins.
- Coarsely grind them to a powder.
