Chicken Garam Masala Powder Recipe

Chicken Garam Masala is the essential ingredient to Prepare Indian Chicken curry. Cooking with it gives a really nice aroma and flavour.

Ingredients for Chicken Garam Masala :

1 1/2 t-spoon black cumin seeds (shahjeera)
1/4 table-spoon cloves (Laung)
1/4 table-spoon black cardamoms (Moti Ilaichi)
1/4 table-spoon cinnamon (dal chini)
1 table-spoon Whole black pepper (Khadi Kali Mirch)
1/4 table-spoon bay leaves (Tej Patta)

 

How to make Chicken Garam Masala :

  • Dry roast all the ingredients on low heat for 3-4 mins or till they give you a nice aroma. Cool to room temperature.
  • Grind them to a fine Powder using a coffee grinder.
  • Store Chicken Garam Masala in a dry airtight jar.
