How to make Amchur / Amchoor Powder :

  • Peel the skin of mangoes and slice them.
  • Keep the mango slices under sunlight for 3-4 days or till the moisture evaporates and slices becomes really crisp.
  • Then, Grind them to a fine powder. Amchur / Amchoor Powder is ready to use.
  • Keep it in a dry airtight jar.
