Amchur Powder Recipe
Mango Powder is known as Amchur or Amchoor Powder in India. Kaccha aam or raw mango is used to make this powder. The powder is tangy in flavour and adds a very different taste to any dish.

How to make Amchur / Amchoor Powder :
- Peel the skin of mangoes and slice them.
- Keep the mango slices under sunlight for 3-4 days or till the moisture evaporates and slices becomes really crisp.
- Then, Grind them to a fine powder. Amchur / Amchoor Powder is ready to use.
- Keep it in a dry airtight jar.
