Raw Green juice is very helpful in reducing weight or weight loss.
Ingredients for Green Juice :
100 grams spinach
1 medium size Bitter Gourd
1 t-spoon lemon juice
1 celery stalk
1 green apple
a large piece of ginger, peeled
a pinch of black pepper
salt to taste
How to make Green Juice :
- Peel the apple and take out its seed core. Cut it into small pieces.
- Cut Bitter Gourd and remove its seeds.
- Combine all the ingredients and put them in a blender. Blend it to a smooth paste.
- With the help of a strainer, strain the juice out of it. Add salt, lemon and black pepper to the juice.
- Raw Green Juice is ready to drink.
