Salted Lassi Recipe

Ingredients for Salted Lassi:

1 cup plain yogurt/curd (dahi)
1 1/2 cup ice-cold water
1 t-spoon salt
1 t-spoon mint finely chopped (pudina)
1 green chili, very finely chopped
1/4 t-spoon black pepper

 

How to make Salted Lassi:

  • Take a blender and add all the ingredients and blend for about 20-30 secs or until it gets foamy mixture. Instead of blender you can also place ingredients in a bowl and blend it using Madani
  • Serve cold salted mint lassi in glasses.....
