Masala Chai (Spiced Tea)

Ingredients for Masala Chai (Spiced Tea):

1 1/2 t-spoon black tea
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 table-spoon finely chopped ginger (adrak)
3 whole cloves (Laung)
1 1/2 table-spoon sugar
1 sticks cinnamon (Dal-Chini)
1 cardamoms (elaichi)

 

Ingredients for Masala Chai (Spiced Tea):

  • Take a small saucepan and pour water in it. Keep it over medium-high heat.
  • After a minute add cloves, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom and bring it to boil. Now add tea, stir it with a spoon and turn off the heat. Cover it with a pan for 4-5 mins.
  • Turn on the heat again to low, add milk and sugar,Stir well.After a minute put the heat to medium-high. Turn off the heat when tea starts boiling
  • Serve immediately in cups.
