Dry garlic chutney recipe is also known as Lasun / Lahsun Chutney. It is very easy to make Garlic chutney and gives a very rich flavour of garlic after frying it in oil with coconut. Garlic chutney is offenly served with wada pav, mangode and all different types of Indian snaks.
Ingredients for Garlic / Lasun Chutney :
100 gms. garlic (Lasun)
1 1/2 cup coconut, shredded (Nariyal, kisa hua)
1 t-spoon red chilli powder
1 table-spoon tamarind pulp (Imli ka guda)
1 1/2 table-spoon oil
salt to taste
How to make Garlic / Lasun Chutney:
- Take a medium size pan and heat oil in it. Add garlic and coconut to it and cook on medium flame for 3-4 mins.
- Now take a grinder and add all the ingredients including fried garlic-coconut mixture and grind them to form a smooth paste.
- Garlic / Lasun chutney is ready to eat. Serve Garlic / Lasun chutney with any type of food like mangode, bhajiye, pulao or biryani.
