Dhaniya / Cilantro Chutney Recipe

Coriander Chutney is also known as dhaniya chutney, green coriander, cilantro chutney or dhania chutney recipe. The major component of Coriander Chutney are Coriander leaves.

Ingredients for Coriander / Cilantro Chutney:

1 1/2 cups coriander leaves (dhaniya patti / Cilantro)
1 green chili chopped
2 table-spoon lemon juice (Nimbu)
1/4 t-spoon salt
1/4 t-spoon cumin powder (Jeera)
1/4 t-spoon black pepper Powder (Kali mirch)

 

How to make Coriander / Cilantro Chutney:

  • Take a mixer and add all the ingredients to it. Grind them to form a smooth paste. Add 2-3 table-spoon of water if needed.
  • Coriander chutney is ready to eat. Serve Coriander / Cilantro Chutney in a glass bowl.
