Ingredients for Cucumber chutney:

1 medium sized Cucumber, peeled and shredded (Kheera / dosakaya)
1 medium sized onion, chopped
1 green chillies, stem removed (Hari mirch)
1 table-spoon Mint (Pudina)
1 clove garlic (Lahsun)
1 table-spoon fresh lime juice (Nimbu)
1/4 t-spoon black pepper, grounded (Kali mirch)
10-15 coriander leaves, finely chopped (Dhaniya patti)
salt 1/2 t-spoon or to taste

 

How to make Cucumber chutney:

  • Take all the ingredients in a grinder and grind them to form a smooth paste.
  • Cucumber chutney is ready to eat. Garnish Cucumber chutney with finely chopped coriander leaves.
