Blanched Almonds are very easy and simple to make. It serves as an ingredients in lots of recipes.

How to Blanch Almonds:

  • Place almonds in a bowl containing boiling water. Keep it in warm water for a minute then take them out.
  • Now, put almonds in a cold water for a minute again, drain water.
  • Pat dry and slip the skins off.
