Ingredients for Bengali Garam Masala :
10 black cardamoms (Moti Ilaichi)
1 table-spoon cumin seeds (Jeera)
3 table-spoon ground cinnamon (dal chini)
1 table-spoon cloves (Laung)
How to make Bengali Garam Masala :
- Dry roast all the ingredients on low flame till they give a nice aroma. Cool to room temperature.
- Dry Grind all the ingredients to form a smooth powder. Put this Garam masala powder in an air-tight jar.
